Billings Man Pleads Guilty to Illegal Firearm Possession

BILLINGS, Mont. — A Billings man has pleaded guilty to illegally possessing a firearm.

Federal prosecutors say 26-year-old Damian Andrew Roman, a convicted felon, admitted to being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm.

Authorities recovered a loaded Glock pistol after a car crash involving Roman in December 2024.

A fingerprint on the magazine matched Roman.

He faces up to 15 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and three years of supervised release.

Sentencing will be set at a later date.

The ATF and Billings Police investigated the case.
