In August, Montana United States Congressman Troy Downing visited MSU-Northern for a tour of their diesel technology and trades programs. Dr. Jennifer Brown, Interim Chancellor at MSU-Northern told New Media Broadcasters why visits like this are important for the campus.
“Well, I think it’s really important because, y’know Northern is a smaller institution, and we are up on the hiline where maybe legislators don’t always travel.”
