Bissell has issued a recall of it’s Multi Reach Hand and Floor Vacuum Cleaner due to a fire hazard.
The vacuum cleaner in question’s battery pack can overheat and smoke, posing a fire hazard.
The vacuum was sold in many stores nationwide as well as with many online sellers between August 2016 and December 2022.
Consumers are asked to immediately stop using the recalled vacuum and contact Bissell for instructions of how to deplete the charge on the battery and receive a free replacement vacuum.
