Blue Pony Girls’ Basketball Season Begins with a Tough Loss

The Havre Blue Ponies Ladies’ Basketball season didn’t begin as expected. The defending state champions lost in nail-biting on the road 51-54 at Laurel. It’s a disappointing way to start the title defense, but a great opportunity to remind the Lady Ponies it’s a new season. With veterans on the team and a seasoned Head Coach, look for the Ponies to bounce back. Their first opportunity comes Saturday December 10th, hosting the Billings Central in Havre. Tip-off is at 4PM.
