(Bozeman) – The Havre Blue Ponies and Hardin Bulldogs met Saturday Night in the Class “A” Girls Basketball Championship Game at the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse in Bozeman.
The Blue Ponies utilized a total team effort to secure their third straight Class “A” Girls Basketball State Title with a 74-57 victory over the Bulldogs. As a team, the Blue Ponies shot 56 percent from the field, 50 percent from behind the arc and 71 percent from the free throw line.
Individually, Havre had four scorers in double figures. Yelena Miller led the way with 20 points, Amaya Jarvis added 18, Avery Carlson had 14, and Sierra Parker contributed 12.
