Box Elder Homicides: Defendants make initial appearances.

(Havre) Today, initial appearances were made in Hill County District Court by Angel Castillo and Angelo Sanchez, the two individuals who are accused of deliberate homicide that resulted in the deaths of two men in Box Elder earlier this year.

Both Sanchez and Castillo entered a plea of not-guilty, with their bonds being set to 5 million dollars each. If they are able to post bond, the court also set a restriction that would require them to wear a GPS device while released.

The filing deadlines were scheduled for June 28th for both of them. More details will come as they are made available.
