Bullock Announces Jobs for MT Grads Receives National Performance Award

HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – Governor Steve Bullock announced Jobs for Montana’s Graduates received its 4th consecutive “5-of-5 Award” as the program continues to exceed goals in serving Montana students who face barriers to graduation.

A press release says that the award honors states who achieve or surpass a 90% graduation rate, 80% positive outcomes rate, 60% employment rate, 60% full-time jobs rate, and an 80% full-time placement rate.

Montana schools that were recognized for reaching the “5-of-5 Award” standards for 2018 include Cascade High school, Dodson High School, Dutton/Brady High School, Glasgow High School, Paris Gibson Education Center in Great Falls, and Shelby High School.
