(Havre) The Court Appointed Special Advocates of Hill County are putting on their second annual Kids Carnival on Saturday, April 27th in the St. Judes Parish Center.
Chamene Plum is the Executive Director for CASA of Hill County, she explains the importance of this event.
“It’s important to celebrate childhoods, it’s also important to bring the community together to prevent child abuse and neglect. We shouldn’t just be doing it one month out of the year we should be doing it all year long. Just to come together and help families, help your neighbors, help other families in the community so we can prevent the child abuse and neglect”
