(Hill County) The man suspected in the homicide killing of Tiffney Niehoff, Deshawn Lee Allan Chapman, appeared on arraignment in Hill County District Court on Monday.
The court read his charges, which is one count of deliberate homicide. Chapman pled not guilty.
Chapman is the son of the deceased Niehoff.
Family members have said in previous talks with New Media Broadcasters that these events came as a shock to them, and that they now mourn the loss of two family members.
