(Great Falls) A man and a woman admitted they stole a ski boat and trailer from property on St. Mary Lake on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation.
The defendants, 37-year-old Tiffany Rae Morris, of Shelby, and 44-year-old Levi Jacques Carl Johnson, of Kevin, each pleaded guilty in separate hearings to theft within Indian Country.
Morris and Johnson face a maximum of five years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release.
Chief U.S. District Judge Brian M. Morris presided.
