Colorado Man Arrested in Havre for Refusing to Leave Amtrak

HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – On Wednesday afternoon, the Havre Police Department received a call from the eastbound Amtrak train asking for help to remove a man. Police Chief Gabe Matosich says that Bradley Wolf of Boulder, Colorado was arrested after he refused to cooperate with officers in Havre. He was taken to the Hill County Detention Center on a $335 bond for obstructing a peace officer and was not in custody as of Friday morning.

Matosich says that Wolf was supposed to get off the train in Sand Point, Idaho, but he hid on the train instead. When Havre officers approached him, he was leaving the train, but refused to talk to the officers or give his name.
