(Washington) The US Justice Department announced earlier this year that they seized 39 domains and their associated servers in an international disruption of a Pakistan-based network of online marketplaces selling hacking and fraud-enabling tools.
The group, called Saim Raza and alternative called Heart Sender, used these cybercrime websites since at least 2020 to sell phishing toolkits to transnational organized crime groups and other bad actors.
The victimization as a result of these efforts created over 3 million dollars in losses for victims.
