HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – Two people were injured in an early morning rollover wreck Tuesday just north of Havre on Highway 232. Trooper Matt Erickson with the Montana Highway Patrol says that the pickup truck was northbound at about 6 AM and failed to negotiate a left hand curve when the driver lost control of the vehicle and rolled one time.
The driver was seriously injured and the front-seat passenger had minor injuries. They were both transported to Northern Montana Hospital for treatment. The two passengers in the back seat of the pickup were uninjured.
Erickson says that speed and alcohol appear to be factors in the crash and no one was wearing a seatbelt.
