(Kalispell) – The Montana Highway Patrol reports that one person was killed in a one vehicle accident around 3am Sunday morning near Kalispell.
A Ford F-150 was westbound on US-2. The driver activated his high beams and it lit up a pedestrian in the roadway. The F-150 hit the pedestrian with the drivers side bumper. The pedestrian rolled into oncoming traffic while the F-150 came to rest in the westbound lane to ait for emergency responders. The pedestrian was all dark clothing not visible at the hour of the morning.
The name of the deceased pedestrian has not been released.
