(Montana) The FDA issued orders to two companies behind Suorin (soar-in) and blue PLUS+ e cigarettes, banning certain products from both companies from the United States.
The FDA says that these companies cannot market the products they listed or they will face FDA enforcement action, an action they say will affect at least 1 in every 10 youth vapers.
The FDA reports that 9.8% of middle school or high school vapers who report vaping in the last 30 days say that they used on of the now banned products.
The companies may submit new applications for the products that are subject to these MDOs.
