Federal Court Arraignments for Great Falls

(Great Falls) – Appearing in Great Falls before United States Magistrate Judge John T. Johnson and pleading not guilty were.

Jonathan Ray Gonsalez of Box Elder on charges of sexual abuse, coercion and enticement, and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. If convicted of the most serious crime , Gonalez faces life in prison , a $250,000 fine, and five years to life of supervised release.Gonsalez was detained pending further investigation.

Johsua Raymond Suave of Great Falls on charges of prohibited possession of a firearm and false statement during a firearms transaction. If convicted suave faces a maximum of 10 years in prison , a $250,000 fine, and three years of supervised release.

Robert Ray Thoroughman of Fort Shaw on charges of prohibited person in possession of a firearm. If convicted Thoroughman faces 15 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and three years of supervised release.
