(Havre) – Around 12pm today (on November 9th) a fire broke out in Highland Park.
Havre City Fire Department were able to put out the blaze around 2pm.

(Update) – According to the fire reports the blaze started at 12:21pm in a home on the 1500 block of Boulevard Ave. 2 engines and 2 ambulances were dispatched to the scene with a total of 12 firefighters.
After putting out the fire the home had sustained significant fire damage and claimed the lives of 4 cats and 1 dog. No humans were harmed in the fire.
The fire has been deemed accidental with the cause being undetermined at this time.
