Forsyth Woman Accused of Fraud.

(Billings) – A Forsyth woman was accused of defrauding customers through her insurance company, Rosebud County Insurance Inc., by spending clients payments on personal expenses appeared in court on July 24th on charges.

Kileen Moria Hagadone pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging her with six counts of wire fraud transfer and three counts of aggravated identity theft. The maximum penalty for wire fraud is 20 years in prison, $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release. The penalty for aggravated identity theft is a mandatory minimum of two years in prison, a $250,000 fine and one year of supervised release.

Hagadone was released pending further proceedings.
