(Fort Benton) – The City of Fort Benton has closed their pool, and it will remain closed until further notice following the failure of the State Inspection conducted earlier in July. According to the
city of Fort Benton’s website, the pool’s chemical levels are imbalanced and are undergoing testing and adjustment by city personnel. Fort Benton is seeking input from its residents on options for
the future of their community pool. A brief poll is now open their website to gather feedback on three potential paths forward: targeted rehabilitation, comprehensive rehabilitation, or complete
rebuild. The City of Fort Benton says all responses are anonymous, and residents can also speak with their city alder person to share their thoughts on the city pool.
