HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – This year’s Havre Community Christmas Dinner is set for this Saturday at the Eagles Club.
Dinner will be served from 11 AM-2 PM, and everyone is welcome. The meal is free, but donations will be accepted.
This comes after the event was take-out and delivery only last year, serving a total of over 600 meals. In 2019, the meal was served traditionally and over 760 people received meals in the Club or via delivery.
Although the Eagles Club hosts the dinner, it is funded entirely by local community donors and run by volunteers.
Leftover food is donated to the Feed My Sheep Soup Kitchen.
