HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services reported 1,185 new COVID-19 cases across the state in their Friday morning update.
Six newly reported COVID-related deaths were announced as well, including three from Cascade County and one each from Beaverhead, Mineral and Teton.
Three counties reported at least 100 new COVID-19 cases, led by Cascade with 213, Flathead with 173, and Yellowstone with 101.
The active hospitalization count dropped by 13 to 269, while the active case count dipped slightly to 8,637.
The percentage of eligible Montanans considered fully immunized remains at 54 percent, with 1.395 million vaccine doses administered.
