(NMB) A proposal by the Frontier Conference Council of Athletic Directors to move to a single site men and women’s basketball tournament was recently approved by the league’s Council of President’s. The 2022/2023 post season tournament will be held in Great Falls. New Media Broadcasters talked to MSU Northern Men’s basketball Coach Shawn Huse and he said there are pros and cons of shifting to a single site tournament. “Lots of good playoff wins in our gym with some great crowds. Definitely going to miss that , but at the same time it’s good to know where you’re going and when it is and it’s really not too far away for us, so I think we can still get a fan base down there.”
The 2022/2023 Frontier Conference Tournament will be played Sunday February 26th through Tuesday February 28th at the Four Seasons arena.
