BOZEMAN, Mont. (NMB) – Governor-elect Greg Gianforte has announced his joint-transition advisory team for the Department of Commerce and the Department of Labor and Industry.
Included on the 10-person team are two Montanans with Hi-Line connections.
The first is Andrew Brekke. Brekke is a Havre City Council member, the Hill County GOP Chair, the Vice President of Erickson Insurance Group, and a member of the Motnana Insurance Guaranty Association Board of Directors.
Also on the transition team is Havre-native Misty Kuhl. Kuhl is the Director of Native American Outreach at Rocky Mountain College in Billings and is an enrolled A’aniiih member of the Fort Belknap Indian Community.
A press release says the advisory team will “identify and review candidates to serve as the next directors of Commerce and Labor. The team will forward their recommendations to Governor-elect Gianforte.”
