HELENA, Mont. (NMB) –Nominations are now being accepted for the 2022 Governor’s Arts Awards.
Since its inception in 1981, these awards have honored artists, art leaders and educators, and art organizations in Montana for their talent and accomplishments.
Winners must demonstrate artistic excellence and achievement, dedication to Montana, ongoing contributions to the cultural community and worthiness of statewide recognition.
The deadline for nominations is Thursday, February 3rd at 5 PM.
Awards will be distributed in December 2020.
Previous winners includes the Fort Peck Summer Theatre and Fine Arts Council.
