(Great Falls) Late last year, Patrick O’Brien plead guilty to actions he stood accused of during the events of January 6th, 2021.
O’Briens guilty plea was that of parading, demonstrating, or picketing in the Capitol Building as part of a plea bargain, doing so in the company of his juvenile son.
O’Brien has been sentenced to 36 months probation, 90 days home detention, and 100 hours of community service, and also has been ordered to pay $500 in restitution. He is also banned from owning a firearm during this period.
This according to KRTV in Great Falls.
