(Havre) Edmund Davis, the man who was discovered with thousands of images of Child Sexual Abuse Material on his phones in Havre, was sentenced today to spend at least 25 years in Montana State Prison.

“This is a crime that, as difficult as it is to believe, is becoming more and more common. It’s something that law enforcement works very hard to investigate, detect, and bring charges for. Our office sought to work as best as we possibly could with our partners in criminal justice, the investigators in this matter, and all of that is to continue to allow for a sense of community safety”
Davis was arrested after Havre Police searched his home when Alicia Navarro, a missing teen of four years from Glendale Arizona, walked into the Havre Police Department to ask to be removed from the missing persons list.
Davis was officially sentenced to 100 years in Montana State Prison, to be released in, at most, 50 years.
That said, Davis will be eligible for parole in 25 years.
