HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The Hi-Line Arts Council is taking submissions from area artists for artwork to use as a mural in the newly designated “Art Alley,” which is located in downtown Havre and connects Third and Fourth Avenues.
According to a press release, the alley will be a focal point for future outdoor artwork and art events, including a large mural that is expected to span a significant portion of the alley, using the backside of buildings as the “canvas.”
To submit a design for the proposed mural, email your idea, sketch or concept to info@hilineartscouncil.org by Friday, April 15th.
The Arts Council, in coordination with downtown businesses and the Art and Beautification Committee of Downtown Havre Matters!, will select the winning design.
