HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The Highland Manor Apartment Complex in Havre is getting a new owner.
Beki Glyde Brandborg, 66, of Helena will be purchasing the complex with a loan awarded to her company, Echo Enterprises.
Echo Enterprises received approval for the half million-dollar loan from the Multifamily Cole Trust Homes program at the Montana Housing Board meeting Monday, Feb. 10.
Already experienced in operating three other housing projects on the Hi-Line, Brandborg wants to update and renovate the apartment.
Brandborg has been working on this sale since 2017 but hopes to take complete control of the complex by the end of 2020.
