(Havre) – The Hill County Board of Health held their quarterly meeting on July 26th at the Hill County Courthouse Annex Meeting Room at 12 pm.
During the meeting Retried Hill County Sanitarian Clay Vincent asked for an update on finding a new County Sanitarian. Unfortunately there was no new development but the board said they would continue to search for a new one.
Clay Vincent also took the time to inform the Board that the position of Sanitarian was in need of a way to enforce county health code. As it currently stands the code allows for the county sanitarian to call out violations to the code but no way to enforce them. The board decided to set up a special meeting August 16th at 12pm to discuss possible actions they can take.
