HAVRE (NMB) The Hill County Commission gathered Thursday morning for their weekly business meeting and approved several agenda items.
One item was Resolution number 22-2701 requesting distribution of local government road construction and maintenance match program funds. The county funding match would be 5% of the $169,549 of grant funds that would go toward repair of rural roads in Hill County.
The Commission approved a contract between Great West Engineering and Lakeside Excavation for improvements for the RSID 29/30 lift station for $669,300. Lakeside Excavation was the only company to submit a bid. Commissioner Diane Mclean says it will be paid for completely with ARPA funding.
The City of Havre Floodway Easement, which was tabled at the August 25th meeting was once again approved to table pushed back one more week to September 8th.
