Hill County Reports 17 New COVID-19 Cases Thursday

HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The Hill County Health Department received notice of 17 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday and had six cases meet the recovery criteria.

The age range with the most new cases was people in their 20’s (3 males, 1 female) and 60’s (2 males, 2 females), with four each.

11 of the cases were found through contact tracing, while six have unknown exposures.

These numbers do not include a report from Rocky Boy, which reported 11 new cases on Thursday. It is unclear how many of the new Rocky Boy cases are Hill County residents.

Hill County has now reported 1,078 total COVID-19 cases. 241 are active, including 24 hospitalizations. 811 have recovered and 26 have died.

Blaine County

Also on Thursday, Blaine County was notified of four new COVID-19 cases, had 15 cases meet the recovery criteria, and reported one COVID-related death.

Blaine County has now reported 453 total COVID-19 cases. 121 are active, including nine hospitalizations. 318 have recovered and 14 have died.
