
HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The Hill County Health Department reported 25 COVID-19 cases and three COVID-19 related deaths on Wednesday.
Out of respect to the families and to protect privacy, no other details on the deaths will be released.
Of the 25 new cases in Hill County on Wednesday, 15 were found through contact tracing and 10 currently have unknown exposures.
Hill County has now reported 450 total COVID-19 cases. 186 are active, including seven hospitalizations. 254 have recovered and 10 have died.
Blaine County
Blaine County reported nine new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday and had three previously announced cases require hospitalization.
Blaine County has reported 167 total COVID-19 cases. 85 are active, including eight hospitalizations. 80 have recovered and two have died.
The Blaine County Health Department is asking residents to give the local healthcare system a fighting chance by limiting or eliminating large gatherings, keeping your circle of close contacts small, wearing a mask when around non-household contacts, and washing your hands.
Phillips County
Phillips County reported seven new COVID-19 cases today, the most cases announced in a single day since August 13th.
Phillips County has reported 138 total cases of COVID-19. Nine are active, including one current hospitalization. 129 have recovered.
Valley County
The Valley County Health Department reported 21 new COVID-19 cases over the last two days.
Valley County has now reported 216 total COVID-19 cases. 69 are active, four of which are currently hospitalized. Two people have died due to COVID-19 in Valley County.
Chouteau and Liberty
Chouteau and Liberty Counties did not provide a COVID-19 update on Wednesday. As of Tuesday, there were 10 active cases in Chouteau and five active cases in Liberty.
