HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – Hill County reported four new COVID-19 cases and 18 recoveries from the virus on Wednesday.
Three of the cases were identified through contact tracing while one currently has unknown exposures.
Hill County has now reported 271 total COVID-19 cases. 89 are active.
It is unclear how many of the new cases came from Rocky Boy Health Center, which reported 8 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday. They report that there are multiple cluster outbreaks of COVID-19 positives and community spread occurring right now. They are requesting the community take steps to help curb the outbreak.
Rocky Boy Health Center has reported 143 total cases of COVID-19. 34 are active, 27 of which reside on the Reservation.
All positives at the Rocky Boy Health Center are also reported to either Hill or Chouteau County.
As of 5 PM Wednesday, Chouteau County had not reported a daily COVID-19 case update.
