(Hill County) Hill County will be holding their 31st annual Burdock Dig in Beaver Creek Park next Tuesday, May 13th.
New Media Broadcasters spoke with Hill County Weed and Mosquito Coordinator Terry Turner.

Burdock is considered a bothersome plant because of its hook shaped burrs, according to Turner, which can get into animals’ fur, pelt or paws, but also can affect humans too.
A burr in the wrong spot on a human has to be surgically removed.
