(Helena) – The Montana Stockgrowers Foundation announced on Thursday that they have awarded three scholarships totaling $10,000 to three students working towards their degrees in a career beneficial to ranching. One of the winners is from Hingham.
Laynie Sattoriva was awarded a $5,000 scholarship. She is a sophomore and the University of Montana – Western majoring in Biology with a minor in Pre-Veterinary Science. After graduation, Laynie plans on earning her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. The other two awardees are Ella Waterhouse and Colter Petre.
