HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The Holiday Village Mall has announced they will be holding a weekly Vendor Fair throughout July.
The Summer Nights Vendor Fair will be held from 5 to 8 PM in the mall parking lot on every Thursday night next month.
Marketing and Events Coordinator Jenna Holt says that this is an opportunity to help out both mall tenants and vendors.
“We know a lot of our vendors that support us at certain times haven’t been able to do a lot of the events that they typically do. And our tenants had to close for a little while. So we were thinking let’s basically help both worlds and do something like this. Help everybody and generate traffic and give the community something to go and see.”
Holt says numerous vendors, including a vegetable food truck, have already applied to take part in the fair, and there are still spots for more vendors.
“Anybody that really sells any type of craft or at home thing that they make, or product (is invited). A lot of people make sculptures and woodwork and food, jewelry, metal art, paintings. There’s people that work on crafts year-round from sewing, neck coolers for the summer. We’ve got all kinds of crafters like that. And then commercial businesses (as well).”
The Vendor fee is $10 per day or $50 for all five days. Vendors must apply ahead of time to ensure CDC guidelines are followed.
