(Washington) With the 2023 fiscal year coming to a close this week, the IRS updated its “Frequently Asked Questions” page related to Commerical Clean Vehicle credits.
In order for your vehicle to qualify as a Clean Vehicle it must meet certain standards, such as a weighing less than 14,000 pounds, being mostly powered by an electric motor with a high enough battery capacity, and must have a final assembly in North America, among other requirements.
