(Billings) – A Lame Deer man accused of assaulting a woman on two separate occasions on the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation admitted to multiple crimes. on October 6th.
Curtis Leo Crazymule pleaded guilty to assault of a dating partner resulting in substantial bodily injury, assault of a dating partner by strangulation and assault with a dangerous weapon. Crazymule faces a maximum of 10 years of imprisonment, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release.
Crazymule was detained pending further proceedings, and a sentencing date will be set before United States District Judge Susan P. Watters. U.S. Magistrate Judge Timothy J. Cavan presided over the case.
