(Malta) – The Phillips County Sheriff’s office has released the name of the individual killed in a one vehicle accident in Phillips County last week. Derek Davis, a 40 year old male, passed away when his vehicle went off Sun Prairie Road, 26 miles south of Malta the morning on the morning of August 14th.
