Havre, MT – On Friday September 19, Montana State University Northern cross country competed in their second meet of the season at the Montana Open.
The skylights had six runners competing in the race and finished as a team in sixth place with a team score of 218.
Crossing the finish line first for the skylights was Elizabeth Devries with a time 22:38.3 for 55th place. Following Devries Emerson Kinsella came in at 23:13.1 for 59th place, Deserae Toobms ran a 23:40.1 for 61st. Mickayla Kelly came in at 62nd and placing at 63rd was Kaitlyn Bancroft.
Lights cross country had three runners at the open. Donovan Aimsback led the way in the Men’s 8K race with a time of 28:44.3 for 58th place. Wyatt Lowrey ran a 31:18 to place 70th and Decker Hanson rounded it out with a time of 38:56.9 for 82nd place.
Next up for lights and skylights cross country is the Bengal Invitational in Pocatello Idaho.
