(Havre) – The Montana State University – Northern Lights Football Program wrapped up their season last week. While their record was not what they wanted, an important foundation was installed by the coaching staff and players. Lights Head Coach Jerome Souers explains.
“What we could change and what we went after very hard was the culture was the culture of our program. Our CORE values you know Comradery, are we the tightest team in the country? Ownership, Respect, self-respect and the respect of others. E for effort, and we do that twenty-four seven in everything we do.” – Souers
