Crete, NE – Lights wrestling competed at the Conner-Oppenheim open in Crete, Nebraska Saturday. Coach Thivierage of Lights wrestling had four different wrestler places in the top four of their respective weights.
Daniel Evert placed tied for third in the 133-division winning 5 of 7 duels. Orian Thivierage at 174 placed second with three wins in four duals.
The Lights had two first place finishers in Caleb Morales at 141 and Justin Windauer at 165. Morales and Windauer both won all five of their duels.
Lights wrestling will be at home Sunday December 14, for a duel with Eastern Oregon University. The lights will enter Sunday 0-2 in duels on the year.
