Mark Peterson retires as Hill County Commissioner after 12 years.

(Havre) December 31st was the final day of work for now-former Hill County Commissioner Mark Peterson.

New Media Broadcasters spoke with Peterson about his hopes and advice for the board in his absence.

“My advice to the upcoming board is to work together, work hard, listen to each other, and move forward”

Peterson’s replacement will be long time Havre local Bill Lanier, who’s first day in office will be January 2nd for the weekly Hill County Commissioners business meeting.
