(Bozeman) Megan Ashley Stedman, who has been reported missing from the Bozeman/Livingston area since December 2023, was found along with who police say is her killer.
Idaho Falls Police Department say Chris Foiles, who was arrested in Idaho Falls on January 12, 2024, admitted to police that he murdered Megan Ashley Stedman.
The arrest report states that Foiles told officers he stabbed Stedman in the neck during an argument and then “intentionally stabbed Megan in the chest with the intent to kill her.”
Foiles had his initial court appearance in Idaho Falls on Tuesday, and has been charged with first-degree murder.
