(MHP) The Montana Highway Patrol is reporting an accident in Lewis and Clark County this passed weekend, which result in the death of the driver.
Police reports indicate that a side by side was traveling north when they lost control making a turn, skidding off-road and turning over.
The unrestrained passenger was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead on the scene. She was 53 years old.
MHP suspects speed, drugs, and alcohol as all contributing factors to this accident.
