(Sidney) The Montana Highway Patrol released a report from early this week on a two car accident in Richland County that resulted in the death of one of the drivers.
Police reports indicate that a vehicle traveling north rear ended a second car heading the same direction on MT-16.
The driver of the impacting car suffered serious injuries that he later succumbed to in the hospital. She was 33 years old.
MHP has indicated that excessive speed was a major factor of this accident, but do not suspect the involvement of any inebriated driving.
