(Missoula County) A car accident in Missoula County on Tuesday left one of those involved dead.
The Montana Highway Patrol says that a driver was traveling south when it completed a pass of a slower driver. Traveling north was the operator of a Kenworth 999 semi-truck, and the passing driver was not able to re-enter their lane in time, causing a head-on collision. The south-bound driver was pronounced dead on the scene.
The deceased was reportedly a 45-year-old man from Seely Lake. Excessive speed is suspected as a factor in this accident.
