HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services reported 512 new COVID-19 cases and 15 new deaths across the state in their Monday morning update, the first update to the dashboard since Friday.
Eight of the new deaths are from Yellowstone County and three are from Lewis and Clark County. Fergus, Lake, Liberty, and Sweet Grass reported one new death each.
Two counties reported at least 100 new COVID-19 cases, led by Cascade with 129 and Flathead with 127.
The active hospitalization count remained dropped from 125 to 108, while the active case count rose dipped from 2,100 to 1,536.
The percentage of eligible Montanans considered fully immunized remains at 54 percent, with over 1.4 million vaccine doses administered.
