Montana Reports 815 New COIVD-19 Cases Over Holiday Weekend

HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services reported 815 new COVID-19 cases in their Monday morning update, the first update to the dashboard since Thursday morning.

Missoula County led the way with 195 new COVID-19 cases, followed by Yellowstone with 112, Gallatin with 85, Lewis and Clark with 73, Flathead with 65, Park with 49, and Cascade with 47.

Montana’s COVID-19 death toll is up to 2,908, with 127 Montanans currently hospitalized with COVID-19.

Over 1.3 million doses of COVID vaccines have been administered in the state, with nearly 540,000 Montanans considered fully immunized.
