Montana Representative Zinke appointed Committee on Foreign Affairs.

(Montana) One member of Montana’s congressional delegation is getting a brand-new assignment.

Republican Ryan Zinke, who served as the Interior Secretary under former president Donald Trump, is now joining the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs.

This means Congressman Zinke no longer will serve on the Science and Technology Committee. He has retained his spot on the Appropriations Committee as well, including in the subcommittees on interior and the EPA.
